August: Osage County
The Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award-winning sensation, hailed as ‘the first great American play of the 21st century’ (The Guardian), August: Osage County arrives in the West End in a searing new production, starring two-time Olivier Award winner and 2026 Tony Award winner for Best Actress Lesley Manville alongside two-time BAFTA winner Anna Maxwell Martin, and directed by Jeremy Herrin whose award-winning work includes Every Brilliant Thing, People, Places and Things and Wolf Hall.
One family. One reunion. Every secret laid bare.
Following a sudden family crisis, the fiercely dysfunctional Weston family reunites at their Oklahoma home. As old wounds reopen and long-buried secrets come to light, simmering resentments erupt in this unfiltered portrait of family life.
By turns darkly funny and deeply moving, Tracy Letts' modern masterpiece is packed with unforgettable characters, blistering dialogue and explosive truths. A gripping theatrical experience that will make you laugh, gasp and leave you thinking long after the curtain falls.
Don't miss this landmark production in the West End.
