The Guilty
Following a sold-out run at the Donmar, The Guilty starring Russell Tovey transfers to the West End.
Directed by Felix Barrett, The Guilty is by award-winning writer Chloë Moss, based on the films Den Skyldige and The Guilty.
Russell Tovey is troubled police officer Joe, stuck on the night shift, who takes a desperate 999 call from Emily.
As he scrambles to decode fragmented clues from a woman in danger, a real-time thriller unfolds. In a night filled with unsettling twists, Joe has a mounting sense that nothing is quite as it seems.
The Guilty is a visceral and “thrilling shot of theatrical adrenaline” (The Standard). Packed with unsettling twists, psychological tension and edge-of-your-seat suspense – “no less than a white-knuckle ride” (The Guardian) with “not a moment that doesn’t grip” (The Stage).
Based on the films: Den Skyldige written by Gustav Möller and Emil Nygaard Albertsen, The Guilty written by Nic Pizzolatto. Presented in association with Bold Films.
