Calling it the Long Days Quartet in honour of the lengthy daylight hours of summer, this group is freshly forming to debut Scofield's recent groove compositions and revisit some classic Scofield material with modern perspectives. 27 years after their initial association (John Scofield's A GoGo album) keyboardist John Medeski and John Scofield continue their imaginative collaboration together.
