A special programme in the intimate setting of the Linbury Theatre featuring modern classics and a contemporary premiere, performed by one of the world’s leading dancers.
Russian ballerina and Royal Ballet Principal dancer Natalia Osipova is regarded as one of the world’s leading performers, dazzling audiences across the globe with her artistry, dramatic intensity and formidable ballet technique.
Alongside a world premiere by Norwegian choreographer Jo Strømgren, Osipova will perform Martha Graham's Errand into the Maze, inspired by the myth of Ariadne and the Minotaur and a powerful testament of human resilience.
A newly-commissioned film of Osipova performing Founder Choreographer Frederick Ashton's rhapsodic Five Brahms Waltzes in the manner of Isadora Duncan will also be presented.
