Scott Bennett
As heard on BBC Radio 4!
As a society we love stuff, it’s a statement about who we are and who we want to be.
But apparently, this message is at odds with the looming environmental crisis.
We’re now struggling to balance these worlds, to focus on the things that bring us real connections and nourish the soul.
Award-winning Comedian and Award-winning Product Designer, Scott Bennett is desperately trying to cleanse his life of "Stuff", but is this even possible anymore?
Described by the Evening Standard as “Live Comedy’s best kept secret” Yorkshire comedian Scott Bennett has been blazing a trail through the stand-up circuit for the best part of a decade.
He’s written for many high profile acts such as Chris Ramsey and Jason Manford, and recently recorded his debut on BBC One’s Live at the Apollo.
In massive demand as a comedy writer and with regular appearances on BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz and The Now Show, Scott is an act on the verge of breaking through into the big time and has acted as tour support for Mickey Flanagan, Rob Brydon, Jason Manford, and John Bishop.
