What The World Needs Now - The Burt Bacharach Songbook
This evening honours one of the most influential songwriters of the past century and features performances by beloved UK artist Rumer and the Mercury nominated singer-songwriter Ed Harcourt both of whom worked directly with Burt Bacharach – plus additional guests to be announced.
The show will be brought to life with the WTWNN Band accompanied by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra under the musical direction of Rob Shirakbari – Bacharach’s long time arranger and music director.
The show features Bacharach’s classics including The Look of Love, Walk on By, Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head, Anyone Who Had a Heart, Make It Easy On Yourself and the timeless anthem What The World Needs Now Is Love plus lots more.
