Founded in 1980, the 50-seat multi-award-winning theatre presents plays and music, concentrated exclusively on thought provoking text-based new writing and rediscovered neglected works from the 19th and 20th centuries.

Located above Yogi's Kensington Indian restaurant in the former Finborough Arms Public House, it is just an eight minute walk from West Brompton train and underground station on the District and Mildmay lines, and five minutes walk from Earl's Court tube station on the District and Piccadilly Lines.
