What's On at the Criterion Theatre, London

The Criterion Theatre is situated in the heart of the West End and is currently home to Titanique.  This Grade II listed building, which had its first production in 1874, has a seating capacity of 590 and is one of the few independent theatres in London’s West End.

The Criterion was used by the BBC during the Second World War for recording and broadcasting, with its underground position making it a safe studio.  Recent notable productions include The 39 Steps, Mischief Theatre’s Comedy About A Bank Robbery, Amelie, 2:22 A Ghost Story, and Two Strangers Carry A Cake Across New York.
